- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted for worn, damaged, or altered items.
- Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or damaged products.
- Customers must share clear images/video proof within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
